How to Update and Delete a Credit Card in the Portal

This guide will walk you through the process of updating your credit card information and deleting your payment method from the portal.



✅ 1. Updating Your Credit Card

Update your card if:

  • Your card has expired

  • You got a new card with a different number

  • You want to switch to another card

  • Your old card was lost/stolen


Step-by-Step: Update Your Credit Card

1. Log in to your portal account

2. Go to Payment in the left-hand menu


3. Check your current card details:

  • Card number (partially hidden)

  • Cardholder name

  • Expiration date

4. Click Replace Credit Card


5. Enter your new card details:

  • Cardholder Name – exactly as on your card

  • Card Number – 16 digits (spaces auto-added)

  • Expiry Month/Year – month (01–12) + 4-digit year (e.g., 2026)

  • CVV – 3–4 digit code on the back of the card

6. Double-check all details 🧐

7. Click Save Card


What Happens Next

  • Your old card is immediately replaced

  • The new card becomes your default payment method

  • All automatic parking payments will now use the new card

  • A success message confirms the update 🎉


❌ 2. Deleting Your Credit Card


⚠️ Important before deleting:

  • Automatic parking payments will be disabled

  • You must pay for parking sessions manually

  • Camera Parking (ANPR) will no longer work

  • To re-enable automatic payments, you’ll need to add a new card



Step-by-Step: Delete Your Credit Card

1. Log in to your portal account

2. Go to Payment in the left-hand menu

3. Find your current card

4. Click the Delete button (red, on the right side)

5. Read the confirmation message carefully:

  • Explains the consequences

  • Reminds you that this action cannot be undone

6. Click Delete to confirm

7. Wait ⏳ – the deletion will process

8. Success 🎉 – your card disappears from the list


🔧 Troubleshooting


1. “Failed to add payment method” error:

  • Make sure all fields are filled correctly

  • Expiry date must be in the future

  • CVV must be correct (3–4 digits)

  • Year must be 4 digits (e.g., 2026, not 26)


2. “Failed to delete payment method” error:

  • Refresh the page and try again

  • Check your internet connection

  • If it still fails → Contact Support
