Step 1 - Check how long ago the session ended:
If it is less than 24 hours ago:
You can log in to the portal, find the parking session, and pay it directly.If it is more than 24 hours ago:
The session has already been sent for invoicing, and you will receive an invoice by mail.
Step 2 - Log in to the portal
Once logged in, you can find unpaid parking sessions in two ways:
Click on “Unpaid Parking” in the left-hand menu
Or click on “Unpaid Parking” on the Dashboard
Step 3 - Pay the unpaid parking session
Find the session you want to pay
Click on “Pay Now”
👉 Important: You must have a valid payment card registered.
If you haven’t added a card, you can do so by going to “Payment” in the left-hand menu.
Step 4 - Confirmation
Once the payment is completed:
You will see a confirmation on the screen
The unpaid parking session will disappear from the list
The overview will update to show that all parking sessions are paid
Step 5 - History
You can always view your complete parking history by clicking on “Parking Activities” in the left-hand menu.
