Payment of rental conditions
Payment for parking is settled once per day to the registered account number. It usually takes 3-5 business days from the rental condition to the money being in your account. Payments are not made on weekends or public holidays.
The tenant pays the agreed rental price to the tenant directly, where Voids charges a 20% fee.
To receive payment, you must register an account number in the app and accept our payment solution Stripe's terms for payment.
Users who have earned over 10,000 NOK will be asked to upload ID documentation (e.g. driver's license) to Stripe to confirm their identification. The uploaded image must be of good quality and in colour.

Income tax
All income, including from rentals through Voids, must initially be reported in your tax return. Depending on whether you rent out as a private individual or a business, you will be entitled to any deductions and there are different tax rules.
We recommend that you contact the Norwegian Tax Administration directly or a tax expert if you have questions about tax on your income.
How do I register my parking space for rental?
To rent out a parking space, you must register an account in the app. You can easily create an account using your email and password.
Once you are logged in, you must fill out the payment form. Here we ask for information about bank account, address, name, etc. The form registers a profile in our payment solution Stripe, which will then automatically arrange for payments when someone rents your parking space.
Once the payment information has been filled in and submitted, you can go to My spaces to add parking spaces with a picture, description and price per hour, day, week and month.
You can choose whether the space should be visible in our Voids app, or whether it should be hidden. Here you can also set the desired period and time of day that your space should be available for rent.
What can I earn from renting?
We use the prices you set for renting your parking space to calculate what the tenant will pay, and how much you will earn. You will always receive 80% of the price you set. The remaining 20% is the administration fee of Voids AS.
Does it cost anything to use Voids?
It costs nothing to register your parking space in Voids. It is only when a rental relationship is concluded that we deduct an administration fee of 20% of the total amount.
Does my space have to be available all the time?
Absolutely not! You can easily enter availability in your user, here you can also change the price and other details whenever you want.
What can I expect to earn from my parking space?
As a landlord, you decide the hourly rate, daily rate, weekly rate and monthly rate. This can be changed at any time, but we recommend that you price the space more affordably than local parking spaces.
How do I know if someone has reserved my parking space?
You will receive an SMS every time someone reserves your parking space.
When will I receive the money in my account?
It usually takes 3-5 days for the money to arrive in my account after the end of the rental agreement. Voids receives payment from the tenant and transfers the amount received to you, minus the administration fee.
