Missing Text in the App

If parts of the text are not displaying correctly on the "Profile" screen, this issue can often be resolved by reinstalling the app. Follow the steps below to fix the problem.

Note: These steps will log you out of the app. You will need to log in again afterwards.


Instructions for iOS:

1. Go to the Home screen and find the Voids app. Press and hold the app icon until a menu appears. Then tap "Remove App" in the menu that pops up:


2. In the next window, tap "Delete App" to confirm that you want to remove it:


3. A confirmation popup will appear – tap "Delete" again to remove the app from your phone.


4. The app is now deleted. Locate and open App Store:


5. In App Store, search for "Voids". When the app appears in the search results, tap the cloud icon to re-download it. Once installed, open the Voids app and log in again. The missing text should now be visible


Instructions for Android:

Method 1: Uninstall and reinstall the app from Google Play Store


1. Go to the Home screen or app drawer, and find the Voids app. Press and hold the app icon until a menu appears. Tap "Uninstall", or drag the app to the "Uninstall" area at the top of the screen (depending on your Android version and device):


2. Confirm that you want to uninstall the app by tapping "OK" or "Uninstall" in the confirmation window:


3. Open the Google Play Store and search for "Voids":


4. When the Voids app appears in the search results, tap "Install":


5. Once the app is installed, open it and log in again. The missing text should now be visible.



Method 2: Clear app data

If you don’t want to uninstall the app, you can try clearing the app’s data instead. This will reset the app and may resolve the issue with missing text.

1. Go to the Home screen or app drawer, find the Voids app, and press and hold the icon until a menu appears. Then tap the "i" icon (App info) in the top right corner:

2. In the App Info menu, tap "Storage":

3. Tap "Clear data" at the bottom left. Confirm if prompted:

4. Once the data is cleared, open the Voids app again and log in. The missing text should now be displayed correctly.
